Trained and equipped Afghanistan National Police (ANP) leadership to solve and transform corruption, drug trafficking and bribes at borders between Southern Eastern Afghanistan and Pakistan into a training tool and creation of a standard operating procedure (SOP).

A team of mentors and advisors provided instructions for ANP leadership to conducted weekly meetings with cross-sector leaders with accountability back to U.S. Commanding General. Successfully vetted and recruited ANP to increase force protection by 33% to a total of 82,000 highly trained professionals capable of playing a major role in the country’s defense against adversaries, Al Qaeda, and drug trafficking across the borders of Pakistan into Afghanistan, which reduced drug trafficking by 40% the first year.
